VW Scirocco with DSG

    Can't seem to find one of these anywhere, there are plenty of Sciroccos but most of them don't have DSG gearbox which I want. There are quite a few of them up North so I might have to look for one up there but why are they so scarce down here? Were they not popular and if not why not?
    Ideally I'd like a diesel but I'd also consider any of the petrol models, 2015-2016 model preferably but might consider a 2014 if I couldn't find anything newer.

    The majority of average joes see automatics as being slow, jerky and designed for Americans or old people who cannot drive a manual which is why there are less of them about here. Thankfully that stigma is changing and automatics are becoming more common.

    Don't look at petrols or weak diesels as they come with DQ200 gearbox.

    Get 2.0TDI with DQ250.

    Do all models of Scirocco have a conventional hand brake?

    All of the pics I've seen online seem to show a normal lever type hand brake, I'd much prefer a little auto hold switch like my Golf.

    The Scirocco has been around since 2009 and shares most parts with the Mk6 Golf. The Golf only got an electric parking brake in the Mk7.
