Hi working in a call centre the last 3 months , seriously thought I would hate the place and people at first but I seriously love it even the managers . Is there a way I can show my gratitude for being there without looking like a suck up ?

Simply casually drop it in to a conversation over coffee with your manager how much you enjoy being there; no need to make it official :)

I kind of know that feeling and it is great.

The current place I work is great and they have my loyalty and I work harder for them as they are nice/treat me with respect.

I only know this as the few places beforehand were awful with high staff turnover.

I am grateful for where I am as I know how bad it can be in some places.

Bring in a few packets of biscuits or buns for tea break if you have a communal area! People love that and it always puts everyone in good form,

Just keep working and do your job well, that's all you need to do.
