If this is the wrong.place I apologise.

I recently moved due to the property management company not maintaining the house as contractually agreed to. I outlined this in the email detailing my intention to move.

They are now witholding my deposit and their reasons why have changed several times. The latest is the house needing repairs beyond normal wear and tear. I have asked for proof of this and have received nothing. Ive waited two weeks. Anyone have any idea how I should proceed here? Thanks in advance

Take them to the small claims court, it is quick and effective and only costs 25 Euro

You cannot bring this to small claims. You must file a dispute with the PRTB.

Some of the responses you get here are brilliant.

    RTB is your first route.

If you're extremely lucky, a threat of a complaint to the RTB will get your deposit returned. It's more likely that you will actually have to do it.
