    Hi All,
Were in the design phase of our build and will be going for PP in spring. We intend on have a long open plan kitchen dinning living area. We intend using UFH and HRV. I was hoping to put in some feature trusses but i can see how this wont leave any room for HRV vents in the area as there wont be any room if the trusses go up to the Apex. Any advice would be great.

You can route HRV ducting in-floor (vents can be on the wall, or on the floor).

I don't know if it is any more or less effective but is at least possible. I've run one like this to a room in my attic as my ground floor extends to the rafters.
