I have a basement with a cement floor that I want to paint. The humidity is 58% up to 70% depending on the weather. Im wondering will the humidity affect the quality of the floor paint bonding to the cement floor.
The humidity in the garden is much the same so its not dampness just moist air.

If you're useing proper floor paint it won't cause any problems... I have seen dog kennels, potatoe sheds, factories and garages done... Never a problem with it bonding.
