    Doubt it unless they have photographic evidence 😂 can someone please tell me how long a summons for driving with no full licence driver or no L plates up take to come?!! Also a fine for no tax..... Asking for a friend 😂

    That didn't answer my question though and state of them roads shouldn't have to pay tax to begin with

    As long as it takes. Can be 6-12 months. Your friend is going to get ridden btw.

    I remember a case where a driver took another driver to court for giving him the two fingers and the judge fined him.

    I'd say you could be charged with an offense giving the finger if a Gard thought that you were like to be committing a public order offence. However I know a lot more about UK law thanks to all the Police programmes on the TV than I do about Irish Law , from what I see of the Gards on the TV they ignore most offences anyway
