Sky Q & Tablet

    Hi,

    Am thinking of upgrading to Sky Q and the functionality of being able to transfer recordings to my iPad is one of the things which makes it attractive.

    Can anyone tell me what the restrictions are in terms of what recordings can be transferred onto the tablet?

    Can all recordings be transferred? Or just from the Sky channels? Ideally would be great if BBC recordings could be added to the tablet but I think that only certain recordings work.

    Can anyone fill me in?

    Basically you have a skyQ app that replicates anything that's on the sky q box, e.g record something on the sky q box it will show on the sky q app.

    You can only download recorded sky channels onto the iPad from what I can see.
