Hi - looking at renting a house in sandyford hall and wondering how sound proof the houses are and would you hear much from the neighbouring house ?
Is the area nice and what's the quality in general like ?

Lived there for a few years, never really heard our neighbours through the walls but their dog was a problem!
Nice area and <10 minute walk to the luas which is great!

I moved in a few months ago and don't have any complaints. It's a nice quiet estate in a very handy location. I hear the occasional sound from my neighbors when the house is very quiet but nothing that would bother me.

Oddly enough when I talk to my neighbour, she says the sound insulation is terrible :-o
