Redesign of heirloom engagement ring

    Hi all,
    My girlfriend has an old diamond ring from her mother that she would like to use as her engagement ring, but it is quite old fashioned so she would like to get it remodelled. Can you recommend anyone in Leinster who could do this work? Stonechat jewellers in Dublin seem to be worth a shot, does anyone have any experience with them?

    Bespoke diamonds (kildare st, Dublin) arranged mine for me. Sapphire rather than diamond. He took time to talk through my options and what i wanted, then arranged a different stone to go into the old setting. I was really happy anyway!
