Was on a momentum course during the year and done some part time work and had to go through X and O's forms and getting stuffed signed for them but all this wasn't until the course was nearly over. The girl I was dealing with was very confusing but another worker…

Was on a momentum course during the year and done some part time work and had to go through X and O's forms and getting stuffed signed for them but all this wasn't until the course was nearly over. The girl I was dealing with was very confusing but another worker told me if I just get them my P45 then I wont have to fill in any forms or anything but in the mean time while I was waiting for the P45 I was accepted onto a Fás and when I went into the SW to give them my P45 as it took awhile to arrive they said they need it anymore as my file was closed. Was offered part time work this weekend by a guy that works for my former company but am I entitled to work part time while receiving a Fás training allowance, if so do I have to inform them beforehand and would the SW say anything about.
