5k versus 10k times?

Hi I've been averaging 7 minutes per mile in several 5ks lately. I'm not sure what to aim for in a 10k Sunday? I doubt I could do six consecutive 7 minute miles. Should I try anyway and see what happens? Or conservatively aim for 6 x 7.20 or something like that?. Do splits differ much for many people in a 5k as opposed to a 10k? Thanks S

Have you a PB for any other distances?

Yes about 48 minutes, however I'm massively fitter, at least over shorter distances ,now. I'm not sure how it'll translate into longer runs though.
