Triton Dove mixer shower.

    I have a Triton dove thermostatic mixer shower. Its been fitted for approx 3 years and has been fine until just now. I have no cold water coming out of the shower. Hot water is fine but no cold. If I turn the control to full cold and turn on I get no water flowing out of the head. Anyone any ideas?

    Assuming you still have cold water going to the shower / no closed valves, there can only be two possibilities. 1. Someone took the temperature dial off and put it back in the wrong position. 2. The Thermostatic cartridge needs replacing. This shower has a 5years parts and Labour warranty in the UK but they only offer 2 years warranty in Ireland.
    There's a third possibility now that I think about it. Slim chance but it could be as simple as the cold filter needs cleaning
