Eurolens.ie - gas permeable contact lenses?

    Hi.
    I am looking to buy gas permeable contact lenses online and came across eurolens.ie. There is an old thread on this forum warning about issues with delivery times, customs charges etc. as the parent company is US based. Does anyone have any recent experiences with them, good or bad?

    I can't advise you on Eurolens, but I'm using Vision Direct, for these ones, and find them to be good value, delivered within a couple of days by courier service, and as they are within EU, no customs charges.

    Thanks robyntmorton. They seem to be dailies while i'm looking specifically to source hard/gas permeable lenses. Can't find them on visiondirect site.

    Ah. Unfortunately I can't help with that. I go back and forth between glasses and lenses so much that dailies are more convenient for me. Good luck with the search.

    I would really caution against ordering gas permeable contact lenses online. If they are not made to the exact specification you could end up with very serious complications.
