How many different pubs have you visited in Ireland?

    Myself and the fairer half are trying to have a pint in every county of Ireland and a pint in every pub in Dublin.

    "Pub" is judged on a case-by-case basis but usually, if there are doormen / a crappy DJ / a cover charge then it ain't a pub in my books. I have a good guide. It's a book written by Mac Moloney about all of the pubs in Dublin he visited.

    So far, we've had a pint in 151 pubs in Dublin (we're keeping track in a diary).

    And I've had a pint in Antrim, Armagh, Louth, Meath, Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, Galway and Kildare.

    How many pubs have you visited? Is there any in your locality that you'd suggest??

    Too many, way too many. I'd say I've drank in about 200 pubs/bars in Dublin over the past 20+ years and in nearly every county in Ireland, including the North.

    Pubs are not my thing any more. Nor is alcohol.

    I mean...how do I know? I've have a pint in at least 20 counties (probably more) but due to having those pints, I can't remember.

    I can't keep track of the counties and countries I have been to, never mind the pubs.
