utility room extension

    House was built in boom in countryside location and now im wanting a utilty room out back of the house. Will i need planning if its 3.5x3.5m. Been getting conflicting opinions on this.

    Read the original grant of permission.
    Does it de-exempt the exemptions?

    If there's no condition that states that all,future structures requires planning, you should be free to enjoy the exemption limits once you haven't already used up your quota.
