Facebook gone mad

    Hi guys I hope I'm in the right area.

    So my facebook account has been going a bit haywire lately. I have reported the problems but i have had no replies and the problems haven't been fixed.

    How do I get them to fix the problems??
    I have obviously tried logging out and then back in but it's not working.

    Ok well firstly I suppose I should mention that I'm on the mobile site... not the app just on it through the internet on my mobile.

    Now when I first go onto it it comes up in what looks like code for a second or 2 before it turns normal.

    Also when I click the button which normally shows me my pages, whether I want my news feed to be top stories or most recent etc. It's only showing the help section which is normally at the very bottom.

    Does that make sense??

    Sounds almost like you're not getting enough internet to display properly? Sometimes those issues are when the page load takes too long and times out. Are you connected via WiFi or phone internet? What's the coverage like? What kind of device is it?

    It's a Samsung galaxy. About 2 yrs old. I'm on phone data (unlimited with 3) and coverage is generally fine.

    It still wouldnt work ifI was on Wi-Fi in library or town though.
