Create post 'button' changes position

In the last two days, noticed that the create post button moves from the top right corner to over the menu button

Then when you go to create a post, it goes back to the top right corner on the next page

That's an unusual one. What device and browser are you using? And is it linked to any particular forum or does it happen on every forum? Thanks!

its chrome on a Galaxy S7 and only started in the last few days. Also cant say that it happens every single time but its been like this for a few days.

Might be a Chrome update on my end, not sure but Ill check it on a tablet at home later and see.

Checked on my Google nexus 7 on chrome and its the same.

When I went to test this before (Galaxy S5), all was fine, but today this has happened to me. Unfortunately, it's not happening to any of the development team! Trying to discover what the issue is.
