1 and 2 above are correct. Price them in a builders supplier. You'll need 1200 grade DPM.

3rd option *may* be cheaper but only for a small room if you won't use up full rolls.

Thanks! I got sorted with some 1200 gauge DPM and 3mm foam underlay.

Regarding spacers, is it advisable to buy the purpose made ones, or could I make my own from a waste piece of the 12mm laminate boards I'm laying?

Make them yourself with sliver off-cuts and remove them once finished, prior to skirting the rooms or fitting beading if the skirting is not being removed.

You would probably want 3 mm underlay.

If you have not yet bought the flooring give these guys a call. The best price i found as much as i have searched for flooring.

    <SNIP> on facebook

    Hope this helps. ;)

Yeah you are kind of right, but if they would save you 100 or 200 or even more euros on the floors would you still be shaming this "cheap advertisement". Its all about saving money isn't it these days? btw hard to get customers for new startups.

Typically a new business would invest in some proper advertising and marketing, rather than masquerading as the general public on a forum like this.

Dishonesty is not the best way to start to run a business.

Advertise, do a few jobs, publish some reviews with photos. That's how you build customers.

And yes it is all about price.
