I'm flying with Aer Lingus to Lanzarote in January, will it be an A321 or an A320?

Do a booking for the date again and put mouse on flight number, ACE see's a lot of A321 services.

Probably A321 so, I was hoping for an A320, the bloody noise in the cabin on the A321 is annoying, first world problems ;)

There's a difference in the cabin volume between two virtually identical aircraft?

Yep, there is, the newer A320's are silent, EI-CPE, EI-CPG ,EI-CPH particularly noisy engines continually droning until cruising altitude, look I don't really care, I just wanted to fly on a modern Aer Lingus A320.:)

I flew CRK - ACE last month on DEA and I thought it was pretty quiet. I think that frame is 7 or 8 yrs. old.

Sorry I don't find any difference in noise on the 321/320 !! Nor do I find a difference on older models vs newer! But if you are concerned about noise why not choose seat at the front of the aircraft, the sounds there are hardly different on either aircraft?

If the flight is not full, they might stick a newer A320 on.
