Hi All,
Mi fiancee and I are looking at 2 potential sites in the limerick area. One is greenfield but will require re zoning of ag land, the other has a derelict ruin on it -more than 5 years vacant so we will need the assistance of someone with experience of local planning laws in getting outline planning permission. I want to get outline planning first as both are very different - we can design something bespoke for the sites if we get outline planning first. Planning consultant or architect would be my guess.

Can anyone recommend someone they worked with in the past?
