Wedding Dresses not available in Ireland

Hi everyone, i've started to look online to get ideas for a dress and there are 3 designers I really like...BHLDN, Grace Loves Lace and Lurelly. None of them are available in Ireland! GLL is Australian and the others are American. I would be hesitant to order something of such significance online so I was wondering if anyone else here has ordered from them or found anywhere stocking them or similar to them? I've even looked up London shops and while GLL had a trunk show in a shop during the summer it seems to be a one off.

Would you order a dress online?
    Such a pain :(

I really wouldn't risk it myself.

It annoys me so much that there are very popular wedding blogs that post dress collections and 90% aren't available in Ireland, about half not even in Europe, it's ridiculous, SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I ordered from j crew and it arrived about 36 hours after i ordered. It didnt work on me and courier picked it up following day. Return postage etc was included in cost and customs were covered using borderfree. It was completely hassle free and i wouldnt hesitate to do it again.

Lots of the BHLND dresses are by Catherine Deane, who is actually an Irish designer and has a beautiful store in London!

Can you tell where my dress is from ;)

Oh, I've just had a look at her website and they're beautiful. Can you give me an indication of the price point? Just a broad range would be useful ;)

Edit: Scratch that - I've just found the prices. Surprisingly reasonable, I shall be making a trip!

You won't regret it :) If you are anywhere near Belfast, check out Ivory and Pearl in Comber, a few Catherine Deane gowns are stocked there. Enjoy the shopping!

A girl I know got a GLL dress for her wedding, seemed to have great dealings with the company, she was very impressed with them.

Ooh that's good to know about Catherine Deane, I'm actually planning a trip up north too! I contacted GLL and they're very professional, but my worry would be ordering a custom made dress and when it arrives discovering it just doesn't suit me.
I will check out j crew too, thanks!
