Bus Eireann at Dublin Airport

    Can anyone help with this one ?

    I booked a ticket online and it stated "Zone 12". So I went to Zone 12.

    Few minutes past the hour - the service I wanted (X12 to Limerick) sails past, no idea where it left from.

    Bus Eireann just said "it's left Zone 12" - I pointed out it had been nowhere near there as I was standing here!

    Across the road are BE branded stops - not one of the services listed is the X12.

    Did they just screw up ?? Anyone help ? I'm travelling again that way in a week or so and really want to be on the bus this time!

    Perhaps you didn't put your hand out?

    I think the branded stop is Zone 10

    They changed the zone numbers for a few stops a few weeks back.
