Quick question that I'm hoping someone may know the answer too. My daughter's yaris is on its last legs and we want to switch her on to my car a Honda hrv 1.6 . Would it be best to switch her on as named driver and would it be much more expensive then her current insurance?

How old is she, and how much NCB has she, assuming she has her own policy on the Yaris?

It will also depend how much time is left on her current policy. Changing mid policy might not be too pricy, it's the renewal that'll be the sting.

Should be cheap enough, I should say. You can always just ask.
