Professional Draught Proofing Front Door

I have a old wooden front door that is very draughty. The house is very old with an old stone threshold with gaps all around the edges. I am looking to get the door refurbished and refitted. I tried the usual DIY type solutions (brushes, seals etc.) but they don't work. I in in Limerick. I'd appreciate any recommendations.
