M28 in Cork - What's the story?

    Hey,

    I was down at my parent's the other day (Rochestown, Co. Cork) and there's loads of signs up on telegraph poles giving out about the M28 and how it's going to ruin everything.

    I wasn't aware of this proposed M28 - what's the plan with it? What are the major complaints too? :confused:
