Invalidity Pension Form

    Hey I wonder if anyone can help me with something. I filled out an Invalidity Pension form but my other half put some wrong info into it so I went back to my local Citizens Advice Kiosk to get a new form so I could fill it in correctly, but I noticed that the forms were slightly different when I was filling it out.

    I found out the new one that they gave me was the 2012 edition. I have already completed it and I was just wondering is it ok to send this edition in?

    I have tried looking on the website and I have tried calling them and no one would give me a straight answer.
