Don't know of ones popular with Irish but we've stayed in parque santiago 3 and 4 in the past and would recommend them. Central clean apartments with a salt water swimming pool. Sea on one side of the road lovely restaurants on the other. You can book direct with the complex or some are privately owned and we've booked them on ownersdirect.co.uk we've also stayed in the Mediterranean palace which is more expensive but included breakfast and Sunprime coral which can only be booked in the winter/spring months (I thing thomson Norway or Sweden book it out the rest of the year)

Was in the barbers before just before I went this September, he was flying out a few hours subsequent and ironically enough some head the ball was in there was on his way there too, having a conversation with jack the lad.

HTB: "I'm heading to Parque Santigo 3 man!"

    JTL:"No way!!.... I've been in Parque Santiago 1 & 2 couldn't tell you where 3 & 4 are though"

A lot of the places seemed decent there, I stayed in Los Olivos in Costa Adeje, was slightly quiet but lovely, and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Taxis are dirt cheap into playa de las americas so you're never too far from the action. I would recommend Siam Park and also recommend hiring a car and trekking up Teide.
