    Hey just wondering I'm on pay as u go credit and top up by €50 every week and a half and just wondering when I top up €12 is taken straight away

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If a top-up is deducted by 25%, this usually means a balance has accumulated, which the 25% of the top-up will go towards clearing.

    For information on the breakdown of this balance (if it is not just emergency credit) we do not have access to the Pay As You Go (PAYG) system here in Social Media, but the PAYG team can advise you on 1850 372 372 - their telephone lines are open until 8pm.
