I've read in this thread that you're supposed to disclose the traffic offences while applying to citizenship. What about the luas ticket offences? (not that I have any, just wondering if there's any difference luas being a private operation where parking tickets are government?)

If its the (?)€45 standard fare its not even actually a fine. The fine is a larger amount of (?)€150 that they use less often.

    The fines are by SI:
    S.I. No. 322 of 2015

LIGHT RAILWAY (REGULATION OF TRAVEL AND USE) BYE-LAWS 2015
and so would be just as "governmental" as a parking fine issued by a CoCo I suspect.

Question 11.3 asks about convictions as the matter did not go to court no conviction.
