Jesus, I never thought I'd say it, but Frankie Gavin is involved in a cracker here.

Unsurprisingly Sam Egginton is involved, he's never in a bad fight.

Delighted for Egginton. He's as honest a fighter as you'll ever see. He'll give everything he has every time.

    Great fight.

That was brilliant. Frankie should go down to 140 tbh.

But that's his problem. He has a long history going back to his amateur days of issues with the weight, which means he just hasn't the discipline outside the ring to keep in shape. He missed the weight for this fight and that was at welter!

Great fight. Eggington must have one of the best chins in British boxing. I know Gavin isn't renowned as a big puncher byt he caught Eggington flush a few times and he barely flinched.

Surely Frankie got it wrong when he said he was told that he was ahead on the scorecards?

Had Frankie a modicum of power he would have won that fight. Dave Coldwrll said it best. Frankie did his best ever stuff in that fight.

Unreal is way exaggerated. Good hard fought scrap...

Just caught up on this unexpected and enjoyable card. You'd have to feel for Ogogo. At first, I was sceptical and thought the lad quit but he just seems to be so brittle and injury prone. What Spike O'Sullivan did after the ref waved it off was a scummy thing to do.

I've always had a soft spot for Gavin but his lack of professionalism infuriates me. I thought he boxed really well but he ran out of gas. If he got his act together and went down to the weight in which he belongs (140 lbs), it could reignite his career. If Ricky Burns is a champion at that weight, there's always hope.

What did spike do? I missed it

Wasn't Spike pulled out of his corner because of an injury last time out? Bit hypocritical of him slating Ogogo for the same thing.

He was pulled out because Eubank was beating him well
