I'm completing the questionnaire to sell my parents house, they are deceased. There is a chance that the LPT has not been paid in a number if years. Is it possible for me to contact them and pay to update the file.
Also is it possible for them to issue me with a receipt for previous payments and for the household charge (I'm the personal rep.)
With the NPPR, (I'm not sure if this is a revenue or CoCo issue) can I apply for an exemption as I have no paperwork to prove that they lived there for the relevant years.

    Cheers

There should be no issue getting proofs of payment for the charges paid.

Could be wrong here, but i think the collection of NPPR arrears has moved over to LPT as well
