    Hi

I have been job searching and I have noticed a lot of job adverts for a company called CPL. I have never heard of them before. Has anyone had any experience with them? Would they be a good company to work for?

    Thanks for your help.

I doubt they're actually hiring themselves. They're a recruitment company. Not a very good one in my opinion either.

They are a recruitment agency. So they work something like this, apply for job, recruiter takes interest and arranges an interview with you first... Then if all goes well they forward your details onto the company advertising the job (if there is a job at all). I think they take a fee off you too.

Probably best if you don't think. Recruitment agencies do not charge applicants, the hiring company pays the fee.

Why be such a smartarse in your reply? All you had to say was "No, the hiring company pays the fee" and leave it at that. The amount of gobsh!tes throwing smart little digs on this forum is gone beyond a joke. Would you talk to people face to face like that?
