Damp smell in kitchen cupboards

A few years ago I replaced an old kitchen. The floor area around the sink, under a window, appeared to be unfinished (rubble-like unfinished concrete) but when I asked the builder if it would cause a problem down the line he said that it wouldn't be an issue. A timber floor was put down and a new kitchen installed on top. Now when I open the presses on the window side (LHS in pics) of the kitchen I get a mouldy smell. The external cavity wall by the sink was insulated with beads a year later. I'm just wondering if I'll need to take up the timber floor and damp-proof the area. Also, is it easy enough to dismantle a kitchen and reassemble afterwards (I will probably change the floor from maritime pine to something more hard-wearing).
Apologies that the uploaded pics are so big:(
    Thanks in advance.

I have had similar smells in under sink cupboards and it generally is water leaking around the sink into the worktop area-especially if it is Formica. I would check that your sink is sealed to the worktop first off rather that uplifting a floor.

Thanks for the reply Begs. I'll try sealing around the sink and water pipes first. Cheers:)

After checking it out it looks more likely to be water seeping in from an unsealed sink/leaking over-flow or poor pipe fittings. I'm just wondering do I go back to the guy who installed the kitchen or contact a plumber as I don't have the silicon sealant gear for or pipe fittings:(

If the installer bodged it the first time I would proceed directly to plumber, get him to check why it is overflowing as well as seal.
