Are Bus Eireann and Irish Rail being balloted? I thought they were meant to be but I haven't heard anything as of late, haven't heard anyhing in the media about the issue since the DB strike. And if they are when?

If a ballot was imminent it would be all over the news.

    No they are not.
You may have thought incorrectly ?
Most likely the reason for you not hearing anything is,there was nothing to hear.
Since,at the moment, there are no imminent plans for a ballot, largely as there are no proposals to ballot upon, there is no time-frame.

No doubt developments will be well flagged on the News Outlets ?

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.
