Sound and no picture

    Iv recently bought a revez q9 Dreambox and the guy is being so nice his ignoring my messages and Facebook messages, my channels scrambled so I was looking to update and pressed the wrong button and now my TV is black with no picture just sound, anyone know how to get the picture back, it's probably one small thing with the remote, please help

    It used to be the yellow button but havent ever seen the revez q9 mini box...there is a button in middle of remote marked hdmi try pressing that slowly a few times it mite change the resolution and make it viewable on your tv

    Hey tried all that and no joy, it's annoying cause I can still change the channels with the remote but just can't see anything, thanks anyway
