Xioami Redmi 3S Pro, Flash ROM or not?

    I am thinking of purchasing this mobile from the Seller Top One via the aliexpress website. Just wondering should I get the Seller to open the box and Flash the ROM of the mobile with their Global Firmware or not?? I don't know much about phone software! Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

    In that case do. If you were familiar with flashing ROMs on phones you could easily do it yourself but in this case save yourself the hassle.

    Read somewhere that the Global ROM had adds popping up. Anybody experience this?
