Hi ,Got a job offer and due to start in 3 weeks. I thought my notice was 2 weeks but its a month. Would I get away with 3 weeks notice?

Talk to your employer and see what they say.

There is a legal minimum notice period depending on your circumstances - not sure but I think it's a maximum 2 weeks. Above that it's contractual so it would depend if there was a term in your original contract stipulating a penalty.

That said, I'd just tell them I'm leaving in 3 weeks and see what they say. I'd also keep your new employer advised of this - and your contractual obligation - and what you plan to do. They will be just as interested as to how you behave as it may happen to them someday :)
