Divorced & Land Interest

Looking for fees. Basically I am a Divorce Woman of two years. My ex husband and my house in being approached by developers. However their is land on the side of our house that is registered in both our names (we don't communicate). I believe there is a court date coming up soon for the squatters right of this land which i heard through the grapevine and i have been in touch with his current solicitor acting for this. I've been told nothing about this as I am not a client of his and want to know the goings on as i have an interest in the land? Everything was applied back years ago so I have rang the land registery last month and both names are still on the application. Where do I go to make sure I am kept in the loop and have rights to this?

If this application has a court date, should i not have to be present? Will my ex husband come away with land in his name?

Sorry, but legal advice cannot be given on this forum.
Even if that rule did not exist it would be impossible to advise you on the facts given,
You need to see a solicitor
