Burning smell from firebird popular 90

Hi all Lately im getting a smell if burn from my boiler.i changed the door gasket and cleaned the baffles but it still smells of burn. Anyone ideas ?

Check the flue isn't leaking. Check for leaks around the service door and burner mount. Could be debris on the burner head.

But most of all have a proper service done on it. Could be a dangerous situation.
