We're looking for supplier recommendations for wooden sash windows. House is 1850's. Received quotes from Munster joinery and Wrights. Quite a difference between them. Any advice or feedback would be much appreciated. TIA.

    Hi,
I as just wondering how you got on? did you get sorted? im currently in the market for sash windows and am trying to decide between timber and pvc,
my only concern regarding timber is that in our climate they may expand or contract depending on climate and cause them to stick,
having said that the timber does look far better,
    Steve
