2004 Ford Transit making a loud whining noise when cold.

I have a 2004 rear wheel drive transit, when it's cold, like 5 Deg, I start it up and drive, for the first 15 minutes or so there is this high pitched whine coming from the front, but when everything is warmed up, the noise goes away.. any ideas?

Sounds like one of the belts. Try having someone else starting and revving with bonnet open and you looking into engine bay.
