Malwarebytes - Malicious website blocked

I've Malwarebytes installed and if it prevents me from loading a website I accept the advice and move on but today I went to load a clients site and the Malicious website warning came up. My clients website is about 8 years old, it has about 6 pages and is a pure brochure site promoting their service.

I don't want to ignore the warning but I also don't want to mislead my client that there is a problem with the website when there may not be.

Is there any way to find out what Malwarebytes thinks is wrong with my clients site? It doesn't give much info in the warning pop up.

Is it a secure https site?

If so could it have been impacted by this?
