    Man United vs Liverpool, embarrassingly enough. I call it the All-Ireland final. Idiots calling each other Scouse twats and Manc scum. Despite the fact they're from the same town. The next they they'll all be calling the English dirty Brits without a hint of irony.

    As a neutral I was taking in the match down the pub last night. The place was truly brimful and the banter was red hot. Man United fans taking the mick out Liverpool fans by speaking in their best scouse accents using catchphrases nicked from Harry Enfield. And Liverpool fans were reminding them of Rooney's origins and criticising them for spending too much on Pogba. United fans were reminding them of 100s of millions of spending by Liverpool over the last 20 years without getting where they wanted. Most of the banter was at minimum in its teenage years. But it was dealt as if it were original material giving fresh blows and all meant quite offensively and personally and offense was been taken personally. Our location was the west of Ireland and just about everyone was from the area. Twilight zone last night!
