Book Restoration - Library Marks Removal

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a service in Dublin that does book restoration work?

It's not exactly a glamorous job of restoring a valuable antique or first edition though. It's an ex-library book and so has the usual loan record, item no. stickers on the spine, various stickers on the inside covers, and a plastic cover attached to the dust jacket. I don't know if these are things you could remove yourself or not but I'm afraid if I go pulling at any of the them I'll tear pages.

The book itself is fairly recent but out of print and thus worth a small premium to it's original RRP however the reason I want it cleaned up is I'm giving it as a gift to someone and not to make money!

If any knows of any place that is happy to do this kind of work please let me know, or if you have suggestions about how this can be done fairly easy on my own. I'm not sure if any of the rare/antique book shops would be bothered with what is probably a small job for them.
