Eventually got to measure the shed for a windbreaker.
At the ploughing there was 2 types, 1 complete piece from Clonmel covers, but individual covers with ODwyer steel.
Has anyone used a windbreaker, are the better in individuals or 1 piece?

I bought it off the roll from the local co op over 10 years ago and it's still doing it's job. The one I bought seems a way stronger than the usual one. I had to make home made brackets for it though.

The were 2 different stalls at the ploughing, right next each other although

No two different products. Have both here and both do the job. Clonmel covers have a lighter fabric mesh but a better rachet system in my opinion... Looks a bit tighter up. But the mesh on the O'Dwyer one is heavier might last a bit longer but not as easy to tension properly

Got a few made over the years and all were one piece.Longest one is on front of 6 bay lean to.Its about 8 ft deep and a bugger to tighten due to the length. It tends to sag in the middle over time.
Mine have straps stitched on top and bottom with hooks on one end.Just needs 2 ratchets at the other end to tighten.
Neighbour makes them up any length or depth you need.

7x 6.0m/20ft full sheet from Clonmel covers in an industrial application for five years here. Still like new, no rips or sagging. Ask about the UV rating, I didnt but reckon it will be the sun making them brittle will be the only thing that will end their life. They wouldn't sell unless they could measure themselves on site, so the do care to get it right. Some driven rain will pass through but it does provide good wind shelter.
