If you'd like to get started with something online until you find a real life class, you could try memrise.com/courses/english/ Scroll down to "All Categories", click on "Languages" to see more options, click on "Chinese" to see the different dialects, click on a dialect to see the available courses, then choose a course. You'll probably need to register to keep track of your progress.

You do realize Chinese isn't a language?

Try looking for courses in Cantonese or pick a specific dialect Mandarin etc.
