Now that RAW files can be accessed on some of the later iPhone models, and I have just had a downgrade to an iPhone 6S, I am wondering which RAW App is to get. It may be the one positive from this new phone.

Have just downloaded that. Having a CC subscription means it is no added cost. Only had a quick look. Seems to be able to capture as DNG but does not seem to have access to manual camera controls.

try the RAW app by 500px - not sure if it's any good or not but it seems to be getting decent reviews...
