Penetrations in Rising Walls

I am building my own house via direct labour and am about to commence the rising walls. Just wondering if anyone can advise regarding what penetrations i should have in the rising walls for services. I haven't appointed a plumber yet.
At the moment I will have ones for the radon pipe, the downstairs toilet, and an air inlet for the stove.
Do i need to bring pipes for the sink or dishwasher through the rising wall.
Or is there any other penetrations I am missing.

    Thanks
