Hi, so my issue is i have a tendency to clench my jaws at times which can be a small bit painful at times. However two weeks ago i saw my dentist fo a check up, scale and polish and a small side filling to an upper molar. I've noticed being somewhat painful since but it ramped up the last two days to the point that if i lean forward i even feel pain across my forehead and it feels like the muscle in my lower jaw is at full flex even though i have no issues with movement..
I will be calling my dentist as soon as i can in the morning but i'm in bad pain here and wondering if there's anything i can do to alleviate it as i'm at work for the night.
Sorry for the long post, i wanted to include as much detail as possible..
