Started running again after three years and looking to get back to it seriously. Would like to do 20k per week and, build up to about double that.
Looking for advice on a good pair of road runners. Worried about the 45 year old joints ðŸ˜႒ .
    Tks in advance for help.
Edit: Budget of about €100 max.

you need to get yourself into a shop and get your gait checked then buy a pair based on this. Any decent sports shop will do it for free. Elverys do it. I prefer to buy runners with a bit of comfort so tend to buy maximalist(plenty of cushion) runners. but each to their own.
asics do a very wide range of reasonable priced running runners.
